Introducing Yellow Bliss, the second coffee from SOWN.

As its name suggests, Yellow Bliss is a delicate yet dazzling coffee that evokes a vivid, bright yellow. This coffee is sourced from El Placer, an experimental and innovative farm in Colombia, and undergoes a unique processing method called co-fermentation, a type of infused processing.

The process begins by fermenting freshly harvested coffee cherries together with select dried fruits for 72 hours. Afterward, the coffee cherries are depulped, and the beans are fermented once again with mossto (a yeast liquid created during fermentation). Finally, the beans are dried for 15 to 20 days on drying beds.

This meticulous processing method brings out tropical fruit flavors in the green coffee beans. However, it also makes the beans’ structure more delicate, requiring a careful roasting approach.

Many consumers who have tried anaerobic or infused coffees may find their strong fermentation notes unpleasant, but this is often due to improper roasting. At SOWN, we create precise roasting profiles tailored to each coffee’s characteristics and use a BUHLER hot-air roaster to evenly distribute heat. The result is a clean and sweet finish without unwanted aftertastes.

When brewed as a filter coffee, it reveals the smooth and refined sweetness of dragon fruit and lychee. As an espresso base, it delivers a creamy, delightful flavor reminiscent of passionfruit yogurt that envelops the palate.

Features of DipStyle Coffee

● Each box contains 8 packs, with 12g of coffee per pack.

● No special coffee equipment needed—just hot water.

● The tea bag is not single-use. It can be steeped 2-3 more times.

DIPSTYLE BREW GUIDE

HOT

① Open one pack of DipStyle Coffee and place it in a server or mug.

② Slowly pour about 150-200ml of hot water while wetting the tea bag.

③ Once all the water is poured, shake it up and down 3-4 times, then let it steep for 2 minutes.

(You can steep for 3-4 minutes depending on your preference.)

④ Pour the brewed coffee into a cup and enjoy.

⑤ The tea bag can be steeped 2-3 more times, so don't throw it away.

ICE

① Open one pack of DipStyle Coffee and place it in a server or mug.

② Slowly pour about 100ml of hot water while wetting the coffee.

③ Once all the water is poured, shake it up and down 3-4 times, then let it steep for 4 minutes.

④ Fill a server or cup with ice to chill it, then add the brewed coffee and tea bag.

⑤ Stir well with a straw or spoon to mix with the ice, and enjoy.
